Private by design

Questions, answered plainly

What are Core Web Vitals?

Three measures Google uses to judge real-world page experience: Largest Contentful Paint for loading (good at 2.5 seconds or less), Interaction to Next Paint for responsiveness (good at 200 milliseconds or less) and Cumulative Layout Shift for visual stability (good at 0.1 or less).

Why do lab and real-visitor results differ?

The lab test is one load on an emulated phone and network. Real-visitor data is the 75th percentile of actual Chrome users over 28 days, across every device and connection.

Why does my score change between tests?

Network conditions, server load and third-party scripts vary from run to run. A few points of difference is normal — watch the trend, not a single number.
