Is it down, or is it just you?

How it works

Straight from the source.

Every result comes live from a recognised public source — named under your results, so you can check our work.

  1. 1
Your connectionYour browser tries to reach the site directly.
  2. 2
A second opinionMozilla's HTTP Observatory connects from its own network and reports the HTTP status.
  3. 3
DNS everywhereThree public resolvers confirm the name still points somewhere.

Private by design

No accounts, no cookies, no tracking. NuuMa doesn't store what you check. To run the tests, the address you enter goes directly from your browser to the public services named above. The only thing kept is a small daily counter in your own browser that keeps these tools free for everyone.

Questions, answered plainly

It's down only for me. What now?

Try another network or turn off your VPN, restart your router and clear your browser and DNS cache. If it still fails, your network may be blocking the site.

What does a 5xx error mean?

The server is reachable but failing — usually a crashed application, an overloaded server or a misconfiguration. It's on the site's side, not yours.

Can you keep watch for me?
