1. The agreement

Keep your contact details accurate and your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us straight away at support@nuumahosting.com if you think it has been misused.

3. Services and plans

Each plan's features are described on our website at the time you order. We may improve services over time; if we make a change that materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

4. Prices, billing and renewal

• Your price today and your renewal price are shown before you pay.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We email you before each renewal.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout.
• If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. Services may be suspended after [number] days of non-payment and removed after [number] days.

5. Domains

Domain registrations are also subject to the rules of the relevant registry. You are the registrant of your domains. Domains not renewed before expiry may be lost.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for anything unlawful, to send spam, to distribute malware, to attack other systems, or to host content that infringes others' rights or exploits anyone. We may suspend services that put customers or our network at risk, and will tell you why.

7. Your content and data

Your content stays yours. You give us only the permissions needed to host and back it up. You are responsible for keeping your own copies; our backups are a safety net, not a guarantee.

8. Availability
