Hosting and email plans

If you are not happy, cancel within [number] days of your first payment for a full refund of that plan. After that, you can cancel any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Renewals

We email you before every renewal. If a renewal was charged and you cancel within [number] days without using the renewed period, contact us for a refund.

Domains

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are passed to the registry when you pay and cannot usually be refunded.

Not refundable
