Most small businesses choose Business: unlimited email and room for several sites. Use the plan finder — two questions and we recommend one.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from My NuuMa. Your site and email stay where they are.
Is SSL included?
Yes. Every plan includes a free SSL certificate that renews automatically.
Do you back up my site?
Every plan includes nightly backups you can restore from My NuuMa.
Domains & email
How long does a domain transfer take?
Usually 5–7 days, depending on your current registrar. Your site stays online throughout.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. Transfer it to NuuMa, or keep it where it is and point it to us.
How do I set up email on my phone?
Sign in to My NuuMa, open Email, and choose your device. We show the exact settings to enter.
Billing
How do renewals work?
Your renewal price is shown before you pay, and we email you before each renewal. Cancel any time from My NuuMa.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal at checkout. Invoices and receipts are always in My NuuMa.
